Monthly support plans are separate from one-time project fees. Hosting, software, domains, media, advertising, and payment-processing charges may be separate.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables, source code, content, fonts, images, software, reusable components, and third-party services should be stated in the relevant agreement. Infinity Binary retains rights in pre-existing tools, methods, components, and general know-how unless agreed otherwise.
